Functional Movement #46 - Practicing pushing the car for when dad forgets to check the gas gauge.
The difference between CrossFit Kids and CrossFit is that in CrossFit Kids the fun is intentional and the work is incidental. Other than that the movements are the same, and just like for our adult athletes, the kid athletes are scaled for load and intensity in accordance with their abilities.
