10 x Burpees

*5 min rest*

3-min max box jumps (24")

NOTE: Testing higher-end strength capacity while experiencing oxygen deprivation was the goal here. Great effort by all today. 13 rounds +5 reps was the best Rx performance today. Good stuff.
