1. Deadlift
2. Hang Power Clean
3. Front Squat
4. Push Jerk
*Rx = 95lbs / 65lbs
*Conduct 10 reps of deadlift, then hang power clean, then front squat, then push jerk...then conduct 9 reps of deadlift...and so on down the ladder until complete.
