Thank you to Joey for this week's test your fitness suggestion.  The Garage Games are coming up in February.  Joey and Clay went two years ago and last year we sent a whole crowd of people.  The WODs have been announced, but the event is in early February, the 11th and 12th to be exact so you had better decide quickly.  FYI, the CrossFit Games Open starts the next weekend.  Joey has graciously agreed to field your questions about this awesome weekend of FUN!  You can reach him on facebook or shoot me an email and I will forward it on to him, jeff@fieldhousegym.com.
