Evidently January was a great month!  We PRed our PR board once again!  Congratulations everyone!  There's another shot for PRing in today's WOD!

If when the next time you see Chuck, his left hand is moving slower than his right, it's because of all the extra weight on it.  Congratulations to Chuck and Kelly Anne!

It is time to test your fitness.  The CrossFit Games Open begins in a couple of weeks.  There is nothing else like it.  It's a blast to compete whether you are hoping to make it to regionals or the Games.  A satisfied CFWJer was recently heard to comment, "Last year was a great experience.  It was so much fun wodding with friends, the excitement of being judged and of judging, bonding over bitching about the WODs and the standards, I wouldn't miss this years!" 

Today's WOD

Take 15 minutes to build to a heavy, but not 1-RM, Thruster;
Then...

“Fran”
Complete rounds of 21, 15 and 9 for time of:
Thrusters (95/65 lbs.)
Pull-Ups

Optional Finisher – Plank Series
Hold the following positions for 45-60 seconds each, with no rest between positions:
Plank
Plank from elbows
Side Plank (right)
Side Plank (left)
