Team AMRAP in 20 minutes of:
5 burpees
5 medicine ball cleans
5 pull-ups
Rotate players every 2 minutes.

that's absolutely sick, outrageously strong! good job brian. my arms, lats, abs, ribs are still sore from wednesday 1200 WOD. i can't straighten my right arm without pain.
