Workout of the Day

3 sets of 15 Bicep Curls

Rest 5 minutes after each set

Then 

3 sets of 15 Seated Incline Press

Rest 5 minutes after each set

Be sure to visit the water fountain and find a mirror in your rest periods

Nah....I think I am going to go for some quarter squats on the Smith Machine and some leg extensions.  After that I was going to hit the elliptical for about an hour...I have a good magazine to read

Ohh its the deep burn. Oh, it's so deep.  I can barely lift my right arm cause I did so many.  I don't know if you heard me counting.  I did over a thousand.

Oh man! What a deep burn. Thank goodness I wore my met-rx tank top and parachute pants. Time to finish off my milk jug of water.

this works great.  i got a nice pump and my peaks and delts are blasted.  if you could add something in to really slice up the abs then i would recommend it to all my clients.  no lower body stuff though.  gotta keep the stems slender.
