Hey!! I had every intention of stopping by while I was visiting, but I had a tonsilectomy and the healing process took longer than I thought. The pain killers they had me on made me sleep just about all day! I will have to stop by on one of my upcoming trips!! I can't wait! Happy New Year! Michelle :)

Hey Crossfit WJ,

I dont know if you guys check this or anything but I wanted to thank you for letting me work out with you last week. Your gym and members are awesome. I really enjoyed your gym and the comraderie that is present there. Tom, the place looks great and your members seem to love it, sounds like you are doing a great job. I hope to be back in JAX sometime and I will definitely be by.
