Sooooo, how's it going? Day 13 I believe. I've been pretty faithful even while out of town. Cheats so far: some breading on a chicken breast in an asian chicken salad, some chow mein noodles in the same salad, and a sweetened vinaigrette dressing on my Panera salmon salad (forgot to order dressing on side). I find myself craving fat. Solutions are avocados and nuts - Winn-Dixie had a special on unsalted macadamias, have to be careful or I'll eat the whole bag. Thanks Jeff! Thank you for taking the time to train us!! I am glad you did make the switch it was a better fit for me. Cross fit has been a challenge for me but I am really enjoying it and look forward to getting stronger... I am going to go Friday at 6 :00 as well. Hey Jeff,

Thanks so much! I wasn't actively checking it, but I received an email that you left me a message. My wife and I are very excited, but will definitely miss parts of Jacksonville. It was truly a pleasure working out with you, and I wish you and the family only the best.
